These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which Beyond Resumes engages with candidates and clients. Individual client engagements are governed by a separate written mandate letter, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Scope
Beyond Resumes provides executive search services for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, an investment recommendation, or advice of any kind.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us during a mandate — whether by a client or a candidate — is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of the search.
Fees
Search fees are agreed in the mandate letter and paid by the client. We do not charge candidates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of India, unless a signed mandate letter specifies otherwise.
