This notice is maintained by Beyond Resumes to explain what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific to how the practice actually operates.
What we collect
- Candidates: name, contact details, CV or biography, professional history, and notes from our conversations.
- Clients: company details, the mandate brief, and the names of individuals we engage with on the search.
- Website: only what is required for the site to function. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics cookies at this time.
How we use it
To evaluate fit for a mandate, to introduce candidates to clients with their consent, and to stay in professional contact for future searches. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it outside a live mandate without permission.
Retention
We keep candidate and mandate records for up to 36 months after our last substantive interaction, then review for deletion or archival. You can ask us to delete your record sooner — see below.
Subprocessors
We rely on standard business tools for email and website hosting. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms; we do not grant them independent rights over your data.
